- 10 years previous experience working as an Account or Business Management leader, partnering with clients and colleagues to identify brand objectives and build out correlating annual strategies & tactical plans
- Previous experience managing account or project scopes, actively monitoring and partnering with clients/ agency teams to secure necessary funding
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different levels of comprehension of marketing sciences and media planning and buying, and more importantly to leverage education as a way to build consensus to move recommendations forward
- Strongly prefer candidates with experience working in marketing environments where business analytics, measurement and/or unique segmentation or data modeling projects were a part of the projects managed and delivered
- Pharma experience preferred, though not required
- Willingness to learn in advanced analytics and media planning in greater detail, and a natural curiosity for new opportunities to apply these
