VP, Marketing Research Dir

•            Understanding of the specific role that market research plays at FCBHealth

•            Awareness of and experience with the unique nature of healthcare research, and how it can differ from non-healthcare surveys and studies

•            Proficiency in all forms of  market research: qualitative, quantitative, secondary, community

•            Familiarity with the breadth of existing and new/innovative qualitative methodologies and techniques, and the identification of the optimal approach for a given project

o            Proficiency in all forms of moderating: groups, personal interviews, telephone, online

•            Familiarity with existing and emerging quantitative methodologies: online, phone, 

•            Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•            Ability to manage research costs and successfully achieve study objectives within often tight budgets

•            Ability to effectively interact with agency colleagues: Strategy, Creative, Account; be a team player who provides research leadership

Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry

Required: 5 years minimum experience at an advertising agency

Preferred: 10 years, with at least half of that time spent at a healthcare advertising agency

Required: 5 years minimum experience in marketing research

Preferred: 10 years, with at least half of that time spent in healthcare marketing research
