THE ROLE
- Ability to quickly capture the attention of an
audience with short-form content.
- Need to collaborate with creative teams to
help shape concepts.
- Provide
examples of work that demonstrate creative sensibilities.
- Have
a solid understanding of the post-production pipeline: offline, online
& conform, general compositing / FX, color correction, mixing and
project archiving.
- Have
a solid technical understanding of frame rates, compression schemes, file
formats and cameras.
- Strong media management skills.
- Accustomed
to editing in supervised sessions with client and agency teams.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of visual styles.

THE COMPULSORIES
- 4
years of experience at an offline editorial house, advertising agency, or
in-house agency / studio
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities while
handling multiple projects
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere CC in conjunction
with other Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Media
Encoder, etc.)
- Experience with VO recording, sound mixing and After Effects a plus
