- 3+ years of experience in a UX Strategist or related role
- Coursework in User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology or related fields
- Proficiency in documentation and prototyping tools such as Axure, InVision and Sketch
- Able to clearly form and articulate a UX point of view in verbal and written form
- Strong knowledge of at least 1 industry (business process, models, etc.)
- Passionate about UX, including technology, psychology, marketing and design; constantly striving to learn more and share with teams
- Curious about how content, design and user interface work together to create an optimal user experience
- Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Organized, accurate and attentive to detail
- Able to work in quick-paced environments with desire to meet deadlines
- Comfort with a range of technologies to help test and create solutions
- Able to advocate for user-centered design philosophies among varied audiences
- Fundamental desire to work closely with other UX Planners to develop and analyze research about expected users of solutions
- Able to travel occasionally for presentations and research
