JOB SUMMARY
The Technology Manager provides management leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products and services. They provide solutions to technical issues, and are responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
They are also self-starters, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and they're very comfortable in an environment of change. Technologists are equally skilled at working collaboratively, in a team-oriented environment and excellent problem solving skills. Curious and adept at researching project-related issues and challenges.

New Business Development
Participates in pre-project business development activities including audits, consulting, pricing, and delivering pitch work
Quality Control
Performing code reviews and auditing.
Technology practice
In conjunction with the technology leadership team, aiming to educate agency network about technology, best practices, and shedding more visibility to the group.
Client Management
Partners with producers and other technologists to manage client relationships.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participates in pre-project business development activities including audits, consulting, developing price estimates, and delivering pitches for new work.
• Possesses a track record of outstanding results.
• Perform code reviews and audits.
• Strong background in UX, IA, Creative Design and Innovation.
• They lead root-cause analyses, communicate options for resolution and provide recommendations to customer-facing technology problems.
• Devising a cohesive strategy/approach for the project, and writing a top-quality strategy report.
• Provides technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects.
• Oversees employee and freelance web developers and partners, ensures solutions are properly architected and specified, and partners with the project manager to ensure quality.
