  • At least 10+ years’ experience in strategy, consulting, account planning, brand planning, or cultural strategy
  • Experience with team management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading operational and strategic initiatives
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
  • Experience driving direction for multi-cultural audiences to ensure all campaigns are culturally relevant to broad and specific audiences
  • Experience navigating in a high velocity environment with leadership stakeholders
  • Experience with planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level
  • Excellent analytical skills, comfort with large datasets and ability to present to executives; communicate with highly technical management teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts and pioneering new approaches within your team or company
  • Creative thinker with passion for developing and delivering big ideas for our customers
  • Thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution
  • Extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must provide examples of developing and executing business strategies to identify opportunities for marketing and advertising
  • Must provide examples of diverse and inclusive campaigns that are relevant to general market and multi-cultural audiences
  • Must provide examples of developing and executing on social media strategies to grow audiences and deliver on engagement metrics
