SVP, Director, Production Intelligence

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with new business to respond to RFI/RFP and participate in pitches to explain how Production Intelligence can make a difference to brands.
• Continually refine the interconnected systems and processes used to deliver, digital, broadcast, print, and content deliverables across the IPG Health network.
• Own, standardize, and evolve all production job descriptions for the IPG Health network.
• Collaborate with network leads, agency leads, and brand teams to understand how work moves through agencies (promotional, medical communications, specialized), both conceptually and in day-to-day practice.
• Carefully map production processes using LucidCharts or similar tools to collaborate with global teams on continual improvements.
• Work directly with Production to standardize and implement processes and improvements.
• Build feedback loops so processes are continually refined.
• Develop materials and experiences that allow employees to explore and easily understand how we should work.
• Work with brand teams to evaluate launch plans to ensure all brands benefit from best practices, network resources, and “follow the sun” models.
• Work with Technology and IT to explore and successfully implement automation strategies that eliminate mundane and repetitive tasks.
• Work with Technology and IT to build tools, dashboards, and insights to help leadership and teams understand the health of projects and make data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to all Production Intelligence initiatives.
• Participate in reviews of production leadership to give insights into how they implement network strategies and provide feedback to improve upon those strategies.
