Position Summary:
This position will be charged with understanding how channels, consumers, and brands inter-relate and place the focus on “what” to say and “how” to say it. This person should understand the client’s key issue and can build strategic insights and solutions around that problem.
Responsibilities:
- Understand consumer issues, leverage insights, write briefs and conduct briefings on at least one brand, with minimal supervision
- Foster strong relationships with marketing clients to earn trust and respect
- Identify optimal messaging for each brand, target and market and work with appropriate teams to implement the different phases of strategy
- Manage ethnographic, online, and one-on-one consumer research
- Develop collaborative relationships with Media, Account Management, Analytics, and Creative team members
- Comfortable conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and in using results for both insight and creative development
- Serves as a resource for creative ideas on brand and consumer issues
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Specialized skillset/experience in market research and data analysis, ideation and advertising strategy
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required
- FCB has adopted a hybrid working environment. It is required for employees to be in office Tuesday-Thursday and can work from home Monday and Friday
