Sr. Supervisor Experiential & Content 

At FCBX Chicago, the Sr. Supervisor, Experiential & Content is the liaison between the agency and the client managing brand activations and experiential content.  This candidate is the communicator between all the internal teams and is the boots on the ground figuring out how to elevate and produce the experiential creative and content vision. We are looking for someone who knows what it takes to build relationships, not just with the clients, but vendors, content creators and internal teams. This person understands a client’s business and how to bring a creative idea to life in the real world and how to create content that lives with in the experience or captures it to document that it really happened.  

Account Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Develops and executes experiential marketing programs that include content development with ease and excellence 

  • Demonstrates effective day-to-day leadership in terms of direction, opportunity identification and guidance 

  • Immerses self in client’s business and not only champions stellar, business-building ideas but knows how to effectively collaborate in order to bring those ideas to life 

  • Prioritizes all account activities to achieve optimum efficiency and profitability 

  • Establishes effective balance of advisory and advocacy skills with clients and team 

Content Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Supporting the creative team and their idea; representing, owning, championing, and finding creative solutions to bring the idea to life in accordance with the brief for example being able to explain the production quote to a client in detail, justifying all costs at the are production meeting including types of insurance. 

  • Sourcing the partners, companies, and suppliers to work on the project, overseeing treatments, locations, etc. 

  • Managing all third-party relationships throughout the Production process to ensure strong collaboration and high-quality moving content work that meets the brief. 

  • Managing the production budget, and the associated administration, in accordance with client and agency expectations. Partnering with Finance on Purchase Orders, billable costs and people investments required. 

  • Coordinating and managing the entire project in collaboration with Production Services, Commercial Production, Business Affairs, Creative team, and Client Service as required. 

  • Awareness of rules surrounding usage fees, talent, contracts, and filming.

  • Has charisma, a positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to multi-task; both as an account manager and onsite activation specialist, for multiple projects/accounts 

  • Is subjective, resourceful, and quick-thinking 

  • Demonstrates effective communication and creative problem-solving skills 

  • Has excellent oral, written, interpersonal and analytical skills 

  • Enthusiastic about experiential marketing  

  • Sees the big picture and has the vision to drive creativity that can activate in reality 

  • Can manage measurement and metrics for post-execution analysis 

  • Events, mobile tours, trade shows an absolute plus 

  • Has 5-8 years of required relevant experiential and content development/production industry experience
