BUSINESS TITLE: Senior Product Manager
DEPARTMENT: Product Development
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
JOB SUMMARY
Senior Product Manager successfully delivers digital products by taking advantage of the latest agile methodologies and tools. They establish processes and best practices, empower teams to define content and technical strategies, develop product roadmaps, and drive the development and rollout of products that solve business goals and user needs. They cultivate and maintain strong relationships with other discipline leads (XD, Technology, etc.), agencies, clients, and external vendors. They are an analytical thinker who leads with a user-centered approach and is a creative problem solver by nature and maintain technology and production standards.
Strong leadership skills help them oversee team activities, as they are accountable for the overall quality of work, ensuring goals are met and projects are delivered in line with timing and budget expectations.
Senior Product Manager has 5+ years of product, integrated, or digital experience bringing medium to large-scale complex projects through the full secure software development life cycle using agile methodologies. Experience in healthcare is greatly preferred.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Contribute to new business efforts
· Drive the adoption of agile practices and act as an in-house expert, comfortable teaching and inspiring others on product-development best practices
· Define product strategy by driving discovery and leveraging research centered around the audience and their needs
· Align on goals with key stakeholders and document business requirements, product requirements, and KPIs
· Create buy-in for the product vision both with client partners and internally at the agency
· Lead product planning meetings and work sessions to breakdown challenges into manageable processes and tasks
· Work with Account Management and functional leads to define scope, schedule, and budget
· Partner with Account management to serve as a client-facing contact to field technical questions and properly manage expectations
· Incorporate user feedback, testing, usage, and other metrics to guide product iteration
· Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
· Partner with Account Management and Finance to track the health of projects
· Execute change management documentation for feature and scope changes
· Work with Quality Assurance to formulate and execute test plans
· Ensure the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget, and of the highest quality
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
· CSM / CSPO / PMI preferred
EXPERIENCE
· 5+ years in product development, digital production, or integrated production
- Previous advertising agency experience
· Hands on experience with agile software development methodologies
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Understanding of design thinking principles
· Understanding of secure software development life cycle (SSDLC)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
· Proficiency with Workfront
· Proficiency with leading content management system (AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.)
· Proficiency with data visualization platforms (Tabelau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) a plus
· Proficiency with work automation platforms (Workato, Tray.io, Workfront Fusion, etc.) a plus
