Responsibilities:
- Work with a Senior Art Director to write and direct concepts across all disciplines
- Concept big ideas
- Analyze and effectively use research to write insight-driven copy
- Present campaigns to senior Creatives with authority and conviction
- Initiate and complete campaign elements without supervision
- Understand responsibility toward client costs and agency expenses
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Multi-cultural experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Specialized skillset/experience in thinking visually as well as verbally
- Specialized skillset/experience in mentoring junior writers
- Portfolio that represents a range of design styles, diversity of projects, and a clear personal aesthetic
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required
