JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective users and how each platform is leveraged by users and marketers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to strategize an engaging social/digital experience, that utilizes multiple platforms to tell/create a compelling brand story.
- Experience developing creative briefs and strategic frameworks for programs, campaigns and messaging/content.
- Research/analysis skills, including online listening.
- Experience with competitive/marketplace auditing and trend analysis.
- Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side.
- Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and strong interpersonal skills.
- Passion for and knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
- Big-picture thinking, plus relentless attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly collaborative team environments.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for creative problem solving.
- BA in marketing, communications, or advertising is welcomed but not required.
