Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Knowledge of employment legislature and practices
- Great interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR and Recruitment tools
- Creative problem solver
- Bilingual (French and English) is a bonus
- 1-2 years of Recruiting experience/ HR administration
- Experience working in advertising agency is a bonus
- Organized and detail oriented
- Enjoys building out innovative processes
- Proactive and resourceful
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced (and exciting) environment
- High energy, solution oriented and a team player!
