FCB NY seeks a full-time  Producer to execute social, digital, concept, and creative campaign work across clients spanning government, healthcare, and CPG. This role will provide support to multiple teams in terms of content production, file organization, feedback and revision management, and general assistance across the integrated creative and production teams.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates digital projects from ideation through delivery

Collaborates with art directors, producers, copywriters, animators, and client teams

Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Responsible for supporting production of integrated media campaigns, contributing to creative and production team members’ efforts

Ensures digital content (video, animation, photography, audio, print, interactive) is delivered on time and within budget

Supports shoots from pre-production through shooting and post-production

Supports onboarding on-camera cast and voiceover talent

Assists triple-bidding, PO, and invoicing processes with third-party vendors

Tracks communication for feedback and revisions

Researches opportunities for creative and production partnerships

Administrative duties as needed including accommodation coordination for cast and crew, tracking of incoming and outgoing union forms, related waivers

Communicates with heads of departments and team-leads to provide regular status updates

Attends weekly and daily team meetings

Supports assembly of schedules for shoots and post-production activities

Partners with post-production vendors to ensure creative visions are delivered as briefed

Traffics projects for sign off by key stakeholders at scheduled milestones, resolving feedback and documenting changes

Supports tracking production expenses against estimates

Works closely with producer for campaign budgeting, casting, vendor selection, timeline development, and related production activities

 Inventory management - helps keep equipment, supplies, props, wardrobe, and shipping tracking information organized


Requirements

      Provide a link to your portfolio website

 

      2+ years of experience managing digital, marketing, communications, or entertainment content production

      Exemplary written and verbal communication

      Ability to collect and define project requirements and allocate resources appropriately

      Capable of understanding various clients’ and stakeholders’ business goals and needs, comfortable with presenting to diverse audiences

      Confident decision-making skills

      Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment; experience multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure.

      Good knowledge of digital production phases

      Comfortable working remotely, using collaborative web tools

      Confidence to drive a team in order to get the best results, “Get it done” attitude

      Agency, studio or on-set experience a plus

      Knowledge of social media platforms and trends a big plus
