Associate Content Director

Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of professional post-production/editing experience 

• Minimum 2 years experience supervising others with strong people management skills.  

• Adobe Premiere expertise and After Effects working knowledge required. 

• Ability to balance multiple projects and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously. 

• Ability to work across a wide array of content types and client industries.  

• Solid understanding of project scopes and implementation plans to reach desired outcomes and bring stories to life. 

• Self-motivated, resourceful with any eye toward detail and deadlines 

• Deal well with ambiguity and help others navigate challenges.  

• Entrepreneurial, creative and collaborative 

• Exceptional at evaluating creative ideas and identifying an execution plan.
