Qualifications
- 2+ years of relatable experience
- The ideal candidate has experience working at a coffee shop or in the food service industry.
- Understanding of Microsoft Outlook
- Understanding of Google Docs
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative.
- A high attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
- A willingness to assist others and take on new responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem solver with the skills and ability to prioritize.
- Customer service skills to liaise with Senior Leadership, Executive Assistants, and administrative team members.
- An aptitude for managing competing priorities in a busy office environment.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable working with food and beverages
- You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for stocking/shelving/and packing orders
