Management Director

8+ years of experience in marketing or advertising

• Experience managing & mentoring team members

• Show the ability to monitor and evaluate marketing environment for the big

brand-building opportunities and initiatives

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote

enthusiasm and motivate relationship-building

• Has developed staff management and partnership abilities

• Display strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative

• Demonstrate superior oral, written and strategic abilities

• Has experience with financial planning and revenue forecasting

• Possess an integrated background with online/offline expertise

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required
