• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm, engagement and motivation
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required: preferably in HR Management, Organizational Development or Business Management. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
