Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Taleo, Avature or other ATS system.
- Experience leading new system implementations.
- Experience running mid-size projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employment data.
- Thorough understanding of database construction.
- 5 – 7 years of HRIS/Systems experience including a deep understanding of system architectures, complex reporting, and analytics.
- Ability to be both strategic and hands-on, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to be sensitive to stakeholders’ concerns/needs and effectively communicate rational for adaption to different, and sometimes conflicting requests and needs.
