HRIS Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Taleo, Avature, or other ATS systems.
• Experience leading new system implementations.
• Experience running mid-size projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employment data.
• Thorough understanding of database construction.
• 5 – 7 years of HRIS/Systems experience including a deep understanding of system architectures, complex reporting, and analytics. 
• Ability to be both strategic and hands-on, and a strong commitment to operational excellence. 
• Ability to be sensitive to stakeholders’ concerns/needs and effectively communicate rational for adaption to different, and sometimes conflicting requests and needs.
