Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Five or more years in a HR Systems role with progressive work experience preferably with prior experience as an administrator of HR systems.
- Two or more years as a project manager with successful completion of projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle Taleo recruiting module preferred.
- Ability to breakdown a large project into manageable smaller phases so that the return on investment can be realized as quickly as possible and continuously as phased projects over time.
- Two or more years creating project documentation (Business Requirements Documents, Process Flow Diagrams, Project Plans, Status Reports) reporting/communications, communication and training plans, UAT test scripts).
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project management software, Visio, for process flow diagramming.
- Working knowledge of HR processes and operations, terminology and data
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high demands.
- Need to be able to put together PowerPoint decks to present findings, recommendations or options.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, calibrate your message and level of detail based on the audience.
- For PeopleSoft enhancements and fixes, this person will need to liaise with our holding company. Solid relationships with the holding company and collaborative approach will be the key to success.
- Experience diagnosing and documenting complex system issues and implementing strategies for long term resolution.
- Strong business partnership, friendly demeanor and the ability to gain consensus using diplomatic tactics and collaborative approach.
- Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality in all work performed.
- Responsive, results-oriented team player with strong follow-through skills
- Exude a ‘can do’ attitude and creative in finding solutions to the most complex issues.
- Must be able to manage his/her own time/projects/user base without a high level of supervision. Must have the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency and good judgement.
- Highest level of Customer focus and effective at collaborating across team and various stakeholders.
- Must be detail oriented.
- He/She must be able to influence and lead team members who do not have a direct reporting relationship.
