- 10+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior Office Services role
- Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds
- Strong service orientation
- Must have an eye for detail
- Strong leader who can inspire/motivate team to excel
- Must be able to effectively work with company leadership
- Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience managing and negotiating vendor contracts
