  • 10+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior Office Services role
  • Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Strong service orientation
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Strong leader who can inspire/motivate team to excel
  • Must be able to effectively work with company leadership
  • Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Experience managing and negotiating vendor contracts
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organization skills and deadline oriented, with ability to prioritize
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Ability to understand scope of projects assigned
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
