• 5+ years’ experience working as an administrative assistance
• Previous experience in an executive administrative role preferred
• Proven experience supervising staff e.g. temp receptionist
• Advanced computer skills in Mac Programs, Keynote, MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized; strong time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Strong understanding of client management as it relates to liaising with internal and external clients in person and over the telephone
• Able to apply judgement and discretion to sensitive or confidential situations and information
• Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
