Qualifications:

A motivated, results oriented, team player who can successfully collaborate with multiple personalities and communicate with all levels of the organization

A self-starter with the ability to think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment

Able to convey compelling messages and transform complex concepts into clear communications

Minimum 7 years’ experience in the strategic planning of digital marketing and at least 4 years within social media, with direct experience working in multiple social platforms and tech stack tools to collect insights, analyze and direct recommendations

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media best practices and changing technology; experience in developing targeting and knowledge of tactics/content types, ad formats and video

Direct experience in working with audience personas to plan strategy to connect with diverse audiences

Experience in developing social media KPIs, creating pixels and tracking URLs for Google Analytics and work across teams to coordinate as part of campaign development

Experience in mentoring and team building
