Qualifications:
- A motivated, results oriented, team player who can successfully collaborate with multiple personalities and communicate with all levels of the organization
- A self-starter with the ability to think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Able to convey compelling messages and transform complex concepts into clear communications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the strategic planning of digital marketing and at least 4 years within social media, with direct experience working in multiple social platforms and tech stack tools to collect insights, analyze and direct recommendations
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media best practices and changing technology; experience in developing targeting and knowledge of tactics/content types, ad formats and video
- Direct experience in working with audience personas to plan strategy to connect with diverse audiences
- Experience in developing social media KPIs, creating pixels and tracking URLs for Google Analytics and work across teams to coordinate as part of campaign development
- Experience in mentoring and team building
