EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial operations, change management, and program/project management within an agency or consulting setting.
  • Proficient in advanced functions and formulas to perform VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, graphs and data capture
  • Possess advanced understanding of SAP systems
  • Strong operational rigor and the ability to lead large scale initiatives across an organization with experience in driving cross-functional initiatives at the highest levels of a complex organization and ecosystem business.
  • A structured problem solver who can quickly get to the heart of an issue, excels in systems thinking, and is scrappy, determined, logical, and analytical.
  • Have the interpersonal skills, tenacity, and common sense to be an agent of change.
  • Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker.
  • Self-starter with the ability to engage with stakeholders directly, set agenda and goals and drive the conversation to achieve goals.
  • Ability to build strong and deep relationships both within the team and across the organization to drive results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience addressing and influencing senior management.
  • Strong results orientation with a dedicated partner focus, proven attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintain a continuous-improvement attitude; able to seek out and implement internal or external best practices, to problem-solve in ambiguous situations, and to thoughtfully earn trust.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in architecting processes to support growth and performance improvement.
  • Proven competencies in financial & business acumen, strategic thinking and planning, conflict management, interpersonal skills, change management, delegation, talent coaching and mentoring, and influence.
  • Ability to lead by example in terms of attention to detail, general work ethic, empathy and internal/external professionalism.
  • Experience across an array of business, reporting and PM tools (including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project,)
