REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or equivalent experience in a professional agency.
- 3-5 years professional retail design experience.
- Strong hand sketching, Sketchup and rendering skills.
- Passionate about industry, consumer, design and retail trends.
- Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
- Desire to work in a professional, collaborative, and creative work environment.
- Awareness of millwork construction methods, materials and fixtures, lighting and fundamental merchandising techniques for retail and restaurant design.
- Proficient in Adobe PhotoShop and InDesign, and Sketchup.
- Experience with Revit, Auto CAD and/or 3D computer modeling processes, practices and techniques.
- Desire to collaborate with graphic designers, design development specialists and architectural designers to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
- Residence within the Columbus, OH metropolitan area is required for this position.
