THE ROLE
- Writes copy for assigned projects that is on strategy for the product, in language that is original, compelling, distinctive, and synergistic with art/graphic
- Proofreads all assignments at all phases of execution
- Provides support and assistance in researching for specific projects
- Has the ability to develop creative concepts that meet assignment objectives
- Should be "in the know" about current trends and behaviors
- Logically organizes material from a range of different sources to make a compelling narrative/story flow
- Has full mastery over writing craft with a clear persuasive voice and uses skills to fulfill a variety of tactics
- Collaborates with team in a positive and productive manner

THE COMPULSORIES
- 3 to 5 years’ experience within a corporate or agency environment as a writer
- Computer proficiency; knowledge of MS Word, Quark knowledge a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent decision making abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation
- Developed management, leadership and team building abilities
