Position Summary:

 

At FCB Health, the Manager, Campaign Operations works with the world’s top pharmaceutical clients on a variety of dynamic and future forward brands. This position is  responsible for supporting clients with customized solutions while bringing innovation, knowledge and expertise to help maximize their technology investments. The role will also provide support to the VP, Director, Marketing Technology in consultative expertise to clients around deliverability and platform recommendations, including technology consultation where needed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and expertise around campaign operations, including best practices
  • Responsible for campaign setup, template integration and execution based on predefined campaign specifications including:
    • Create and manage custom triggers and reports using SQL/NoSQL, Apex, or SAS.
    • Creation of Data View Modals
    • Deployment of emails and SMS/MMS messages
    • Set-up list pulls for email and SMS deployments or output of files for direct mail fulfillment
    • Coordination of SMS set-up and implementation process
    • QA/QC of data-flow and campaigns
    • Implement dynamic campaigns and personalized script variables (e.g. AMPscript, Velocity)
  • Collaborate with development and strategy teams to help visualize project landscape, business rules and to provide scalable data-flow architectures
  • Develop, test and manage ongoing campaigns and data triggers based on client needs
  • Responsible for the delivery and implementation of marketing automation solutions to support client initiatives
  • Understanding of database and data source connections to CRM platforms
  • Help develop documentation and road maps for all processes that support campaign operations, including campaign setup, deployment, QA and post campaign reporting
  • Engage in the entire product development cycle to understand business objectives, user goals, and create solutions that appeal to our clients
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, creatives, strategists and digital project managers
  • Participation in business development, including representing the practice – in expertise and capability - to current clients and prospects
  • Work cross-functionally to build use cases that help internal teams and clients innovate towards true omni-channel consumer/patient/HCP experiences either by leveraging their existing marketing platform to its full potential or making recommendations on how to plus up their current setup.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Veeva experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required
  • Specialized skillset/experience in marketing automation technologies with the ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Specialized skillset/experience with email and marketing cloud solutions including
  • Experience in one of more of the following Salesforce (ET), Adobe, Marketo, IBM, and other CRM platforms
  • Excellent understanding of email and SMS marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation
  • Demonstrable understanding of data regulatory measures and their impact on campaigns (will work in close collaboration with FCB Strategic Analytics): e.g., CANSPAM Act, CASL, PII/PHI laws
  • Experience prioritizing multiple, parallel projects to deadline in a cross-functional team environment successfully
