Associate Director, CRM Planning

Requirements:

•             3+ years of experience: marketing, advertising, market research, consulting

•             At least 3-8 years of CRM planning experience, pharmaceutical advertising experience strongly preferred

•             Knowledge of medical, legal and  regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical marketing guidelines

•             Proactive, dynamic, hard-working, entrepreneurial

•             Strong organizational and time management skills

•             Strong presentation skills

•             Strong client service skills (for both internal account/creative teams and external clients)

•             Proficient multi-tasker – able to handle assigned projects as well as consulting within department

•             Team player attitude

•             Mentor junior staff

•             Travel requirements: Approximately 5-15% travel (market research, client meetings, conferences, etc.)
