Title: Associate Creative Director Department: Studio RX

Job Summary

At Studio RX we are passionate about telling healthcare stories in creative and innovative ways. The Studio RX Associate Creative Director is a hybrid role – one part creator with deep hands-on experience in filmmaking, animation, or creative technology – and one part creative leader with the vision to conceptualize new projects and lead teams to bring them to life. The ACD oversees the creation of a wide variety of creative content – from live action and animated videos to experiential and digital works. They are amazing collaborators with partner agency brand teams and clients.

The ACD realizes that it's important to develop great work as well as develop great people.

Essential Functions

• Develop smart, single-minded ideas that are on strategy
• Develops and delivers in compelling and captivating presentations
• Develops scopes of work and project plans in close collaboration with producers
• Determine the team and workflow required for the assignment, and then oversees the creation of the work
• Collaborate and communicate with team members to ensure goals are being met and to achieve creative vision outlined
• Support establishing and maintaining the reputation of the company as a creative leader
• Develop strong client relationships through presenting creative concept development and execution

Duties & Responsibilities

• Partners with clients to understand brand, messaging, & creative vision.
• Participate in new business efforts
• Manages and video and film production, with assistance from reports.
• Ensures quality control and adherence to deadlines.
