THE ROLE
- Conceive and execute design consistent with the agreed-upon strategy.
- Develop a range of creative ideas and executions for each project and be able to effectively collaborate with a copy partner.
- Visually lead storytelling across platforms on 360 campaigns.
- Maintain consistently high graphic standards and remain aware of new techniques and trends in graphic arts and digital design trends.
- Prepare and create beautiful presentations to present to clients and grow partner relationships.
- Present creative ideas and techniques to Creative Supervisor/ Director.
- Work with supervisor on every phase of work from concept development, concept execution, style guide implementation and final delivery of organized files.
THE COMPULSORIES
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience at an advertising agency or similar marketing company.
- Proficient in Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Sketch, and basic knowledge of UI prototyping software (Axure, Marvel, Invision, Principle, After Effects).
- Experience with digital, print and broadcast production.
- Solid skills in communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, and organization.
- Ability to perform and meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment.
