* Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for majors in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or other quantitative disciplines
* 2-3 years of quantitative research experience in a professional setting, preferably in management consulting, research firms, or agencies
* Strong knowledge of major social media platforms analytics tools and social listening tools
* Demonstrated ability to efficiently sift through social media data to identify actionable insights and recommendations
* Knowledge of current social media strategies, measurement technologies and social media marketing industry benchmarks
* The ability to work autonomously and work well in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS office
* Excellent writing and data interpretation skills
* Database management skills preferred
