Account Supervisor

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or Commerce
• A min of 5 years previous experience working in an advertising agency with a solid foundation in digital and mass disciplines.
• Interest in managing, coaching and mentoring junior staff
• Solid foundation and understanding of the key roles and responsibilities of Account Management and a strong understanding of production
• Extremely organized and detail orientated, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional presentation
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of strategies and critical thinking
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
• Demonstrate an interest and passion for advertising
• Confident in own abilities and ideas, and not afraid to provide input to the team
• Experience working on a retail business considered an asset
