TalentShare is an incentive program designed to recognize the successful efforts of those employees who refer qualified candidates (at all levels and from all disciplines) for full-time employment. The program offers various levels of rewards including periodic double-incentive programs. Employee referrals will receive consideration equal to all others who apply for an open position, with selection based upon the individual's qualifications and ability to perform the essential functions of the position.  

 

Eligibility Guidelines

Employee Status - ​​All regular (full-time or part-time) employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Referral Program and may at any time refer talent who fit our current and future needs.  ​​​An employee may receive a referral bonus only if the candidate referred is hired as a regular full-time or part-time employee of the company.  However, the following employees are not eligible for a referral bonus:


  • Human resources department employees 
  • Hiring managers referring candidates for their own teams
  • Employees engaging candidates through campus recruitment activities
  • Executive-level management (EVP and above)​
  • Temporary Employees

Referral Submission Methods - All referrals must be submitted to our Talent Acquisition team via Taleo Social Sourcing or uploaded to this referral site in order to be eligible for the bonus. If referral information is not submitted via the required methods, an employee may not be credited for the referral.

Time Limit - A referral is valid for 6 months after the submission date. If more than one person refers the same candidate, the submission date will determine who qualifies for the referral bonus.

Temporary Hires - Full-Time or Part-Time employees who refer temporary employees (including interns) will be eligible for the bonus if that individual is subsequently hired as a regular full-time employee.
IPG Recruitment and Transfer Policy - Please note that while IPG encourages employees to pursue opportunities within the IPG group of companies, we are prohibited from actively recruiting from other IPG agencies.
Non-Solicit Agreements - Please also be conscious of any non-solicit agreements you may have signed at your previous employer prohibiting you from recruiting their employees. We will not honor referral bonuses that violate a non-solicit agreement.


Referral Bonus Awards

The amount of the bonus award is dependent upon the position for which the candidate is hired and can range from $1000 to $5000.  The bonus amount is also dependent upon the respective local office’s referral policy (this includes hires made outside of the U.S.).

Referral bonuses will be paid via payroll following the new hire's 3-month anniversary, provided you are still an employee of the company at the time the bonus is payable. Referral bonuses for full-time conversions will be paid out on the full-time start date's 3-month anniversary.

 

How to Refer

 

You may share our jobs via this portal. If a candidate uses your unique referral link to ​start an application, you will automatically be listed as the referrer. If they are subsequently hired, you will be given a referral credit per the FCB Health referral guidelines.


After clicking on a specific job, you may:


Recommend this Job – You have the option of sending a status update through a social network or a personal message through Facebook, or you can copy your referral link and paste it anywhere (email, social network, etc)!
Upload Friend's Resume – Enter your friend's name, email address, and phone number, and upload their resume. Your friend will receive an email inviting them to complete the application process.
