• Contact your HR Partner to discuss your interest in potential other opportunities, including any you may have identified on our portal

• Your HR Partner will also introduce you to a recruiting partner who will help you to navigate opportunities and be a point of contact for you during the process

• If we identify a good match, your recruiting partner will work with respective teams on specifics of the transfer and will provide you with any changes that may be relevant

• We will then work with your current & future teams on a fair transition plan

Top 5 things to know about referring your friends within our career portal:

1. You may share jobs with your friends (directly or via social) via our new career portal. If a candidate uses your unique referral link to start an application, you will automatically be listed as the referrer. If they are subsequently hired, you will be given a referral credit according to the FCB Health referral guidelines.

2. Please be conscious of the IPG Recruitment, Promotion and Transfer Policy as well as any non-solicit agreements you may have signed at your previous employer prohibiting you from recruiting their employees. We will not honor referral bonuses that are found to be in violation of a non-solicit agreement. For more information on the IPG Policy, please click here.

3. All regular full or part-time employees are eligible to participate except Human Resource Department Employees, Hiring Managers who are recruiting for their own staff, Executive level management (EVP and above).

4. A referral is valid for 6 months after the submission date. If more than one person refers the same candidate, the submission date will determine who qualifies for the referral bonus.

5. The amount of the bonus award is dependent upon the position for which the candidate is hired and can range from $1000 to $5000.
