Mosaic Group, the managed markets division of FCB Health, is looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned VP, Account Director, join the team. If you’ve got a knack for managing accounts, growing business and partnering with clients in the managed markets space, we’d love to meet you! As a prominent member of our team, you’ll get to collaborate with top professionals in the managed markets industry while spearheading top pharmaceutical brands that focus on market access.


Mosaic Group is a full-service agency that specializes in helping brands achieve market access and reimbursement objectives. Our formula for success: Identify and present the unique value of each brand we support. We do this by putting strategy first, developing thought-provoking creative, and delivering evidence-based tactical initiatives. From creating value proposition tools to developing savvy training programs, we leverage our multi-disciplinary expertise to drive results for our brands.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic recommendations and manage all agency resources to ensure the client’s needs are met
  • Conceiving, develop and execute managed markets communications and promotions on client’s behalf, which match their objectives and strategies
  • Recommending sound business initiatives pertaining to the product and markets that enhances sales and marketing objectives while enforcing the agency’s image as a vital resource to the product team
  • Growing new and organic business
  • Daily communication with client to establish and maintain positive working relationships
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all levels of client management
  • Overseeing all day-to-day activities of various agency departments ensuring the delivery of a high quality product within specific deadlines
  • Acting as team leader to ensure integration of agency disciplines (strategic planning, art, copy, finance, integrated production, digital)
  • Financial management of accounts (determine annual fee, prepare contracts, oversee job hours and expenses, budget for future estimates)
  • P&L on assigned products
  • Managing, mentoring and developing account team
  • 8 to 10 years of managed markets experience in an agency setting
  • Excellent client management, presentation and project management skills
  • Proven acumen to grow new and organic business
  • Seasoned in supervising and mentoring a team
  • Microsoft office experience
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing or life sciences
