JOB SUMMARY

The CRM is responsible for managing the operational and administrative inner-workings of the creative department, including staffing, utilization, transfers, freelance management, and performance assistance review. Works closely with Creative leads to understand their business objectives and provide staffing solutions. Supports existing business and new business initiatives. Manages the day-to-day schedules of 20+ Bankers. Recruits freelance, temp to perm, and fulltime creative talent. Manages creative freelance budget. Reports to the Chief Creative Officer.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

Resource Management

Ensure creative employees are billable and fully utilized to increase productivity and efficiency

 

Staffing

Align with creative leads to understand and support staffing needs

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate and communicate with team members in a productive manner to ensure goals are being met and to attain/maintain creative vision outlined for the agency

 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Strategic Thinking:

• Has a birds-eye-view of agency activity and staffing needs.

• Participates in strategic and planning meetings with CCO, CDs, and recruiting team.

 

Execution:

• Manages schedules of The Bank - Creative Resource Team.

• Ensures creative employees are billable and fully utilized.

• Coordinates cross-agency utilization of creative talent

• Maintains Taleo system files.

• Maintains freelance budget.

 

Relationship Management:

• Aligns with creative leads to understand staffing needs.

• Acts as confidante/sounding board to senior leadership.

 

Business Management:

• Proactively solves staffing problems.

• Attends bi-weekly brand team meetings and recruiting meetings.

• Makes sound, timely decisions.
