Mosaic Group, the managed markets division of FCB Health, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account Director to join the team. The individual will be responsible for working with clients and account executives to develop long-term communications plans and strategies for the managed markets discipline. The person will have overall responsibility for agency output while providing perspective leadership in the development of the highest quality client service. Ensure coordinated approach to managed markets techniques, both traditional and non-traditional. Recommend new and innovative approaches and directions to accomplish client’s managed markets goals and objectives. Grow new and organic business.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic recommendations and manage all agency resources to ensure the client’s needs are met

  • Conceiving, develop and execute managed markets communications and promotions on client’s behalf, which match their objectives and strategies

  • Recommending sound business initiatives pertaining to the product and markets that enhances sales and marketing objectives while enforcing the agency’s image as a vital resource to the product team

  • Organically grow account and potentially help grow new business

  • Daily communication with client to establish and maintain positive working relationships

  • Maintaining strong relationships with all levels of client management

  • Managing all jobs relating to account

  • Overseeing all day-to-day activities of various agency departments ensuring the delivery of a high quality product within specific deadlines

  •  Acting as team leader to ensure integration of agency disciplines (strategic planning, media, art, copy, accounting, traffic,creative, library services)

  • Financial management of accounts (determine annual fee, prepare contracts, oversee job hours and expenses, budget for future estimates)

  • P&L on assigned products

  • Managing, motivating

  • Managing, mentoring and developing account team

  • May work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the client’s business

  • Performing other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor


  • 8 years of managed markets experience in an agency setting

  • Excellent client management, presentation and project management skills

  • Microsoft office experience

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing or life sciences
